Weekly or monthly episode delivery depending on plan
Authority-building distribution and promotional support (depending on plan)
Service Delivery
Depending on your plan, we provide:
Essential Authority — $500/month
10 professionally voiced episodes per month
Done-for-you scripting and production
Publishing to 20+ podcast platforms
Premium Voice Authority — $1,000/month
20 episodes per month
AI voice replication to match your natural voice
Professional episode production
Complete Authority System — $1,500/month
30 episodes per month
Your voice replicated for all episodes
Social media content repurposing
LinkedIn distribution and authority building
Service Limitations
You acknowledge that:
No recording is required from you unless you choose to provide optional voice samples.
Publishing timelines depend on receiving requested materials from you (content links, topic ideas, approvals).
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as leads, revenue, or client acquisition.
The Services may not be used in jurisdictions where such usage violates local laws.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Monthly Subscription
All plans are subscription-based and include:
Full podcast production
Distribution and publishing
Content management
Customer support and account management
Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Payment is due immediately upon activation.
We accept major credit cards and other supported payment methods.
All fees are non-refundable, except as stated in our guarantee.
Subscription Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.
You authorize us to charge your payment method without requiring approval for each recurring charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation.
3. SERVICE GUARANTEES

We guarantee delivery of professionally produced podcast episodes each month based on your plan:
Essential: 10 episodes
Premium: 20 episodes
Complete: 30 episodes
If we fail to deliver:
You may request a full refund for that billing month.
First Episode Guarantee
We guarantee your first episode will be published within 7 days of completing onboarding and providing requested materials.
If we fail to deliver:
Your first month is free
We will accelerate production to catch up immediately
Voice Replication Standards
For plans using AI voice matching:
Results depend on the quality and availability of the provided sample
If your voice cannot be replicated to professional standards, we will default to a professional narrator voice
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Intellectual Property
We own or license all intellectual property in the Services, including:
Podcast templates and production frameworks
Voice replication systems
Scripts, show notes, and episode structures
Editing tools and sound design assets
Website content and platform dashboards
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business use only.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide, including:
Website links
Topic ideas
Brand messaging
Marketing collateral
Existing content used for episode creation
You grant us a license to use, modify, edit, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
5. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We collect and process business-related information necessary to produce your podcast episodes, including:
Business names, roles, and contact info
Website content
Topic ideas and messaging
Voice samples (if provided)
We use this data only for:
Scriptwriting and production
Voice replication
Publishing and distribution
Account management
We maintain industry-standard security and remove your data 90 days after termination unless otherwise required by law.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use our Services to:
Violate any law
Infringe intellectual property rights
Create misleading or false content
Publish defamatory or harmful material
Repurpose our proprietary systems
Compete with our products or services
Specifically prohibited:
Reverse engineering our voice systems
Copying our scripts or frameworks for resale
Sharing access or login credentials
Using episodes for spam or deceptive marketing
7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Fail to pay
Violate these Terms
Misuse our platform
Submit harmful or illegal content
Abuse or exploit the Services
Upon termination:

Production stops immediately
All outstanding fees remain due
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

Leads or clients
Revenue, profit, or business growth
Any specific outcome beyond delivering podcast episodes
Market performance or listener numbers
Limitation of Liability

Lost business or revenue
Third-party failures (platform outages, distribution delays)
Data loss
Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months before a claim.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

Content you provide
Legal issues from your business practices
Violations of these Terms
Third-party claims related to your podcast
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
